Chris received his real estate license in 2003 and has been working with business owners, sales agents, and administrators ever since. He brings a high level of real estate and business knowledge to the organization and focuses on getting the team to work together effectively.
"As a new real estate agent, you quickly find out that you are actually a self-employed business owner. You have to stay focused on working with clients to be successful in this industry but you are also expected to know accounting, technology, human resources, training, and being a leader as your business grows. There are very few individuals that have experience in all of these different aspects and it takes time to gain that knowledge. I use my past experiences to help fill these gaps and put together an effective and adaptable organization."
